These conditions are valid exclusively between MGGR Sciences srl – Registered office: Via Cavallotti, 140 – 41049 Sassuolo (MO) – Italy – VAT 03933680369, hereinafter referred to as “Solo Natura” and any person who makes online purchases on the website hereafter referred to as “CUSTOMER”. These conditions may be amended and the date of their publication on the site is equivalent to the date of entry into force

These conditions govern purchases made on the website, in accordance with the provisions of Part III, Title III, Chapter I, of the Consumer Code, D.lgs. n. 206/2005, modified by D.lgs. n. 21/2014 and by D.lgs. 70/2003 in matter of electronic commerce.

ARTICLE 1 – Subject-matter of the contract

With these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, Solo Natura sells and the CUSTOMER purchases at a distance the tangible goods offered for sale on the website. The contract is concluded exclusively through the internet, through the access of the CUSTOMER to the and the realization of a purchase order according to the procedure provided by the site itself.

The customer undertakes to read, before proceeding with the confirmation of his order, these general conditions of sale, in particular the pre-contractual information provided by Solo Natura and to accept them by placing a flag in the box indicated.

ARTICLE 2 – Pre-contractual information for the consumer – art. 49 of Legislative Decree 206/2005

The CUSTOMER before the conclusion of the purchase contract, takes a look at the characteristics of the goods that are illustrated in the individual product sheets at the time of choice by the CUSTOMER.

Before the conclusion of the purchase contract and before the validation of the order with “obligation to pay”, the CUSTOMER is informed about:

– total price of goods including taxes, with details of shipping costs and any other costs;

– terms of payment;

– the period within which undertakes to deliver the goods;

– conditions, terms and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal (art. 6 of these conditions) as well as the standard withdrawal form set out in Annex I, Part B of Legislative Decree 21/2014;

– information that the CUSTOMER will have to bear the cost of returning the goods in case of withdrawal;

ARTICLE 3 – Conclusion and effect of the contract

The sales contract is considered concluded with the sending by Solo Natura to the CUSTOMER of an order confirmation e-mail. The e-mail contains the CUSTOMER’s data and the order number, the price of the goods purchased, the shipping costs and the delivery address to which the goods will be sent and the link to print and store the copy of these conditions.

The CUSTOMER undertakes to verify the correctness of the personal data contained therein and to promptly inform Solo Natura of any corrections.

Solo Natura is committed to describing and presenting the items sold on the site in the best possible way. Nevertheless, there may be some errors, inaccuracies or small differences between the site and the actual product. Furthermore, the photographs of the products presented on are not contractual elements, as they are only representative.

Solo Natura undertakes to deliver the goods within 5 working days from the sending by of the order confirmation email to the CUSTOMER.

ARTICLE 4 – Availability of products

The availability of the products refers to the actual availability at the time the CUSTOMER places the order. This availability must however be considered purely indicative because, due to the simultaneous presence of multiple users on the site, the products could be sold to other CUSTOMERS before the order confirmation.

Even after sending the order confirmation email sent by Solo Natura, there may be cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods. In this case, the order will be automatically corrected with the elimination of the product not available and the CUSTOMER will be immediately informed by e-mail.

If the CUSTOMER requests the cancellation of the order by terminating the contract, Solo Natura will refund the amount paid within 14 days from the day on which Solo Natura became aware of the customer’s decision to terminate the contract.

ARTICLE 5 – Methods of payment

Any payment by the CUSTOMER made on the UK territory may be made in the following ways:

  1. by credit card on STRIPE platform or by PAYPAL payment method
  2. by bank transfer (in this case the order will be processed as soon as the credit will be shown on the counter current)

ARTICLE 6 – Prices

All sales prices of the products listed on the website are expressed in Euros.

The CUSTOMER accepts the option of Solo Natura to change its prices at any time, however the goods will be invoiced on the basis of the prices indicated on the site at the time of the order creation and indicated in the confirmation email sent by Solo Natura to the CUSTOMER.

In the event of an IT, manual, technical or any other error which could lead to a substantial change, not foreseen by Solo Natura, in the sale price to the public, which makes it exorbitant or clearly derisory, the purchase order will be considered invalid and cancelled and the amount paid by the CUSTOMER will be refunded within 14 days. from the day of the annulment.

ARTICLE 7 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.

The CUSTOMER who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must communicate it to Solo Natura through explicit declaration, which may be transmitted by registered mail a.r.

The CUSTOMER may also exercise the right of withdrawal by sending any explicit statement containing the decision to withdraw from the contract. In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the CUSTOMER is required to return the goods UNDAMAGED and NOT USED within 14 days from the day on which he communicated to Solo Natura its willingness to terminate the contract pursuant to art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.

The direct costs of returning the products are borne by the CUSTOMER.

The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts and without any damage.

Solo Natura will refund using the same means of payment chosen by the CUSTOMER at the time of purchase. In the case of payment made by bank transfer, and if the CUSTOMER intends to exercise its right of withdrawal, must provide Solo Natura, by accessing the section contact us, the IBAN bank details necessary for the execution of the refund, by Solo Natura.

The refund will be exclusively related to the cost of the products, reduced shipping costs incurred by Solo Natura at the time of shipment equal to 6.90 euros.

ARTICLE 8 – Legal guarantee of conformity

In case of receipt of products that do not conform to the orders or defective, the CUSTOMER is entitled to the restoration of the product conformity through repair or replacement of the product.

ARTICLE 9 – Delivery arrangements

Solo Natura will only accept orders to be delivered in UK. The products will be delivered by Fedex express courier to the address indicated by the CUSTOMER when ordering within 5 days. from the date of receipt by the CUSTOMER of the order confirmation e-mail sent by Solo Natura, except for reasons of force majeure not attributable to Solo Natura or to delays due to the unavailability of the CUSTOMER.

Shipping costs on UK territory are equal to Euro 6,90. The shipment is entrusted to the express courier Fedex. For orders equal to or greater than 79,00 euro shipping costs are free.

Shipping costs to foreign countries are quantified at the checkout stage depending on the country of destination.

Pursuant to art. 63 of the Consumer Code, any damage to the packaging/packaging of the Products must be immediately contested by the CUSTOMER by placing a reservation of written control on the proof of delivery. ARTICLE 10 – Liability

Solo Natura assumes no liability for disruptions attributable to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, even if they are dependent on malfunctions and disruptions of the internet, in the event that it fails to execute the order within the time stipulated in the contract.

ARTICLE 11 – Access to the website

The CUSTOMER has the right to access the site for consultation and making purchases. No other use, in particular commercial, of the site or its content is allowed. The integrity of the elements of this site, whether sound or visual, and the related technology used remain the property of Solo Natura and are protected by intellectual property rights.

ARTICLE 12 – Cookies

The website uses “cookies”. Cookies are electronic files that record information related to the navigation of the CUSTOMER on the site (pages consulted, date and time of consultation, etc.) and that allow Solo Natura to offer a personalized service to its customers.

Solo Natura informs the Customer of the possibility to disable the creation of such files, by accessing its Internet configuration menu. It is understood that this will prevent the Customer from proceeding with the online purchase.

ARTICLE 13 – Entirety

These General Conditions of Sale are made up of all the clauses that comprise them. If one or more of the provisions of these General Conditions of Sale is considered invalid or declared invalid under the law, regulation or following a decision by a court with jurisdiction, the other provisions will continue to be fully effective and effective.

ARTICLE 14 – Applicable law and jurisdiction

These General Conditions of Sale are subject to Italian law as well as its jurisdiction.

In any case, it is possible to use the mediation procedures referred to in Legislative Decree 28/2010, for the resolution of any disputes arising in the interpretation and execution of these conditions of sale.
