Senna is among the best natural laxatives in existence, thanks to the sennosides it contains. The pulp is used from the pods that produce, together with the leaves and roots to obtain a laxative effect. The name derives from the region of Nubia, Sennàr and the meaning, in Arabic, is precisely that of “heal”. Thanks to its purifying properties on the intestine, senna also helps the skin and helps control fats in the blood.

We recommend taking 1 tablet a day, preferably in the evening, after dinner or before going to bed, swallowed with plenty of water or drinks. If necessary, gradually increase up to a maximum of 3 tablets.

Tutto quello che ho provato di tali prodotti naturali non ne ho trovato uno che non fosse eccellente. Infatti al bisogno riprendo il tutto, per colmare quanto è ormai carente nella normale alimentazione.

Consiglio vivamente per chi ha problemi di colon, dolori improvvisi acuti, diarrea o al contrario stitichezza, in 5 giorni partendo dalla dose consigliata più alta ho risolto tutti i miei problemi…ora prendo solo 2 pastigliette la sera prima di andare a dormire!!

Con Akai ho letteralmente “resuscitato” mio Padre, da sempre con problemi legati all’intestino, ha iniziato prima con la dose massima (3/dì) poi riducendo alla dose minima ed è stato davvero soddisfatto, prima scettico poi eccomi nuovamente a riacquistarlo.
Per quanto riguarda me assumo regolarmente Spyridon quando faccio attività fisica, ho fatto due mesi con la combinazione VitalC+Robur, e ora ho aggiunto anche la Delta K. Non mi sono ammalata, è da inizio 2020 non mi ammalo, ad ogni modo in emergenza ho acquistato Biosocius, perché leggendo le varie recensioni, se dovessero insorgere sintomi influenzali ho subito la soluzione.
Consiglio vivamente questi fantastici prodotti.
