I have difficulty swallowing the capsules, can I open them?
The capsules can be opened just to help those who have difficulty swallowing. The content can be poured into water or other non-alcoholic drink without losing effectiveness.
How should I store the products?
The products must be stored at room temperature.
What is the expiry date of the products?
All products expire 36 months from packaging. The expiry date as well as the production lot number are shown both on the boxes and on the labels.
Orders, payments and shipping
Can I place an order via email?
No, orders can only be placed through the online shop.
What information do you release via email?
The customer service chat and email are exclusively dedicated to providing information on products or assistance on orders placed. We can NOT in any way give medical / therapeutic information or information on the use of other products. Kindly DO NOT send such requests as we will not be able to fulfill them.
What payment method can I use?
The accepted payment methods are credit card, PayPal, bank transfer. In case of bank transfer, the goods will be shipped as soon as we receive the credit on the current account.
How long does it take for the package to arrive?
Delivery is generally made within 48-72 hours. Orders placed from Friday afternoon to Sunday are processed on Monday.
How do I track my order?
You will receive from our system two mails, one that notifies you the receipt of the order and its commissioning and the other of its complete evasion. As soon as the products are shipped you will also receive an email from FedEx containing the tracking code (tracking number) to always check the status of the delivery.
In case of non-delivery, what should I do?
If at the first attempt the courier does not find anyone at the indicated address he will make a new attempt of delivery the next working day and the next one again. However, via the link that FedEx automatically sends to track the shipment, you can get more information about the delivery. You can also contact the FedEx branch of expertise and directly fix the problem with them.
